It's hard not to equate the word “quality” with Tami Thomas-Leonatti and her staff at Quality Care Cleaning. Quality Care Cleaning has been providing janitorial services for all public areas plus the State of Illinois offices located at our property, Southtowne Mall in Ottawa, Illinois since the spring of 2011. Not only is Tami the most positive person to work with but she has and continues to provide services above and beyond the contract. Response time from Quality Care Cleaning is immediate. Her word is good, her staff is friendly, courteous and services are performed, again, with QUALITY!
